Then I was required to Participate in day long psyc test that I couldnt challenge the results of.

I responded with the following letter challenging the requirement since it was against the CBA
I arrived at the station for a meeting with the Chief, Union President was there and repeatedly said. The Lawyer says tell the truth. I continued to ask what are you talking about. He finnaly admitted that the Chief had told him that I was going to be put through an investigation.
I was then placed on admin leave for alleged policy violations.
At the end of the meeting Union President and I went outside and discussed how the policies that the new chief was accusing me of were not in place.
Union president did nothing to represent me being investigated for policies not in place.
I was given notice of Interview with Tim Doney. I was told if I spoke to anyone about my investigation I would be disciplined.
BOLI Results
After I filed BOLI complaint on January 11, 2023. The investigator responds to the Chief with the following report. Stating that I work for the Jackson county Fire District.
There report was completely missing the recorded interview and testimony from the Paramedic Student who was interviewed in my investigation.
I met with the Chief on February 3rd, 2023, He said I should take settlement. I told him I wouldnt take a settlement offer since resigning under investigation is an admission of guilt. So the Chief asked the investigator to add to the Doney Report.
I was given the notice of potential termination on 2/7/2023
Since the district required me to respond by the 13th, and that the district had to respond to BOLI by the 14th, I felt was an attempt to coerce me into providing my documentation/evidence so the district could use that against me in the BOLI Complaint. I was running out of options until I realized that I could file the grievences myself. So I filed 27 of them.
Not Suprising greivences were denied by Fire Chief
I gave a letter to the board regarding the
